The Cervelo R5 road bike is the enhanced version of its predecessors that aims to give it all on those climbs and impress with its handling and poise. A lighter model with supreme agility on a descent thanks to a low bottom bracket and long wheelbase. The stiff carbon frame and narrow seats stays provide you with extreme power transfer to keep you accelerating on the bike whilst remaining comfortable in handling thanks to the wider tyre clearance. The acute aerodynamic and compliant ride comes from the D-shaped integrated seat post and riding corners is a breeze with with the Cervelo aero bars and carbon stem. The R5 lives up to the previous high standards set for it by its forerunners and keeps the consistency in Cervelo’s good name.
