Focus Thron2 6.7 Electric Mountain Bike 2023
The Thron2 6.7 Electric Mountain Bike from Focus is a great all-round choice that offers comfort and ability off-road combined with an electric motor and a relaxed riding position.
Bosch’s Performance CX Gen4 motor has 85Nm and 250W to add hill-crushing assistance up to 15.5 mph / 25 km/h and the large 625Wh battery ensures plenty of power for longer days out. The battery can be removed from the downtube for more convenient charging and the frame includes a USB-C port for keeping devices charged up.
The aluminium frame offers 130mm of travel, matched by the SR Suntour Zeron 35 Air LOR fork for good off-road performance, with the F.O.L.D. kinematics nicely balancing sensitivity and bottom-out resistance. This gives the bike a stable feel on any terrain that helps with grip, control and confidence. Confidence is further bolstered by the inclusion of a dropper seatpost so that the saddle can be swiftly lowered for steeper or more challenging sections.
A Shimano Deore groupset provides reliable shifting and a wide range of ratios whilst the hydraulic disc brakes do a great job of controlling the speed. Wide Maxxis Minion DHF tyres and 29” wheels keep the bike rolling easily on rough trails and provide excellent grip on loose surfaces

Built, Checked, Tuned and Tested
All our bikes are fully built, checked, tuned and tested by our Cytech qualified mechanics and then securely packaged, ready for delivery. All you have to do is add the pedals (if included), attach the handlebars to the stem and tighten them following the included detailed instructions or by watching our video and using the provided FREE tools. All bikes collected from our shop, are built, tested and ready to ride.
Please note, occasionally, manufacturers may change the specification without notice. Bicycles do not come with pedals unless otherwise specified. Bikes ordered for delivery will not arrive with the pedals installed, please refer to the owners manual and pedal installation guides provided for guidance. We do not install accessories to bikes, including mudguards. Bikes ordered for delivery that have tubeless compatible tyres and rims will arrive with inner tubes installed or with tubeless valves installed, this will be brand dependent. Sealant is available to be purchased separately.
